Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer specialising in residential and or commercial property to join our client as they go through a period of organic growth. The role will be integral to their Property department as we head into the next exciting stage of their journey.
This role will offer exposure to a wide range of client matters and cases and is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career working on complex and engaging legal matters in a reputable and growing firm.
What will your role look like?
You will be responsible for:
- Fee earning within the full spectrum of residential and commercial property conveyancing, such as freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, shared ownership, transfer of equity, sales and purchases to name a few
- Managing and working on new incoming clients and workloads (there will also be existing work to take over)
- Communicating with clients, estate agents and legal professionals through the conveyancing life cycle, from instruction to completion
- Providing experience and expert advice on property-related matters, addressing any queries or concerns from clients
They are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in residential freehold and leasehold conveyancing
- Their SRA or CLC qualifications
- Previous experience and capability in a fee earning role
- Experience managing and handling their own caseload
