Pre Litigation Fee Earner

A multinational law firm based in a modern, prestigious business park with free on-site parking, bus routes, walking distance to a retail outlet and easy access to motorway routes are seeking a pre litigation Fee Earner to join their busy Road Traffic Accident team.

Our Client adopt modern structures and incorporate paperless based systems. Fast track progression provided onto various departments based on performance with a lucrative basic salary plus monthly bonus structure.

The ideal Pre-Litigation Fee Earner must have the following Requirements:

· Claimant experience;

· Experience in dealing with Credit Hire/Accident Management companies;

· Good working knowledge of the claims process.

 

Essential Skills

· Experience of handling RTA files and a knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules;

· A working understanding of the MOJ Portal process;

· The ability to provide a high level of client care;

· The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively, in a team or on their own.

Additional required abilities:

· Able to use a case management system, ideally Proclaim;

· Able to use MS Word and MS Outlook;

· Able to work to a high standard of accuracy;

· Able to manage time and work efficiently;

· Able to handle a varied workload in accordance with client protocols and with an appropriate level of supervision;

· Able to act as a point of contact for clients;

· Able to demonstrate a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience.
