Job Description
Our client is a well established law firm based in the heart of Birmingham, they are seeking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor to join their legal team.
The role will involve carrying out duties on behalf of the firm’s Family Law department. The firm already offer legal aid services in Immigration Law and are looking to expand into Family Law. Applicants can be based anywhere in the UK as this role offers Hybrid/Remote working.
Responsibilities
- You will need to be confident in managing your own cases, and undertaking your own advocacy whenever possible.
- The ability to manage and supervise appropriate caseload types and complexities assisting with delivery of appropriate training and development in the department.
- Variety of duties including dealing with a range of public and private cases, helping the firm obtain and manage a legal aid contract.

Salary
- Up to £45,000 per annum
- Fixed monthly retainer
